Request: The customer wants to send emails to a common group (any group), and the group will automatically forward the emails to members within the group to their primary mailbox.
Procedure: The IT team has communicated with Microsoft 365 personnel, providing support via TeamView. They attempted to create a test Group on Teams but only received notifications in the General Post section (on Teams).
Outcome: When emails are sent to the Group, they are only delivered to the General Post section on Teams or the common group on Outlook, but not to the Inbox (primary mailbox) as desired.
